Some People remember that people got so sick of TV3 replaying Home Improvement back in the early 2000s and The Big Bang Theory is getting there and could even eclipse Friends one day

They should do like they do in Australia

Good job. Al Jazeera is on Freeview. I’m sure anyone who is desperate to see the inauguration can watch it on there. BBC, CNN, Sky News are all on Sky. They’ll all be covering it too.

Why?

NZ isn’t a US territory and the level of interest wouldn’t justify the trouble.
NZ barely acknowleges Australian elections, let alone pom or yankee ones. @NuStraya is 100% right on this one, and I’ll add you’ll be able to stream it in dozens of places for free too, with a variety of flavoured commentaries to suit your political tastes.

Fortunately this means they are releasing all remaining episodes online tomorrow which is great, was planning to watch it via TVNZ+ once all episodes were uploaded. Wasn’t intending to watch via a linear channel

Must be following suit with the post-Australian Open schedule.

The playout is similar to previous seasons.

Also, when the show reaches the penultimate week in NZ, Three has the option of showing the final vows and reunion on the same calendar week as Australia, i.e. showing two weeks of episodes on the same week.
