The Neighbours Classics account on YouTube that’s releasing episodes from episode one is nearly up to episode 1200. Does anyone know how far into the show it’s going to go? Will it eventually do the entire thing?
At what point does an episode become ‘classic’… Eventually at the rate they’re releasing the episodes then I would say, Yes.
Amazing that Addison’s mum not 2 weeks ago was a full junkie who couldn’t look after her daughter. Now she’s reformed with a job and an apartment.
Oh the speed of the soapie world.

I noticed that too with Addison’s mum. What a very quick turnaround. That’s soapies land for you. lol.
That’s what I am going to miss about Neighbours. The usual soap stories. Like the glaring stares by some characters. Or going into people’s houses or backyards without knocking. Or not wanting to be seen - and that’s when everyone from Ramsay Street decides to come out to put the bins in (or pick up the local paper). etc. The list is endless. lol.

or the number of times when they are in the city - that being Melbourne, a city of 6 million people - and a Ramsay St resident sees another Ramsay St resident doing something or meeting someone suspicious

Imagine if 10 revived the main channel 3:30 PM re-airing of episodes from prior to the mid-1990s? So much nostalgia of occasionally watching those during the early 2000s.

It won’t happen. There wouldn’t be enough viewers to justify it. Streaming services are the only place you might see them.
