They mentioned during the news that the setup tonight is the biggest in the world. Some films have used this setup for production. Studio was donated for the telethon.

It’s filmed at one of the Stages within Docklands Studios that opened this year.
Millionaire Hot Seat I believe is filmed on Stage 1.
