So what’s the point of building a DVD collection if it just gathers dust?

Event Cinemas is to open three new 4DX cinemas in Australia, with the first two to open in Castle Hill (NSW) and Innaloo (WA) before Christmas.

Village Cinemas at Melbourne’s Jam Factory closed its doors temporarily on December 9, after a weekend of special screening of movie hits from 1995, for the redevelopment of the shopping centre which began two days later (as exclusively reported by 9News). The redevelopment, which includes a new shopping centre as well as apartments and office towers, is scheduled to open in 2029.

Village also recently reopened its Werribee complex.

Includes Krypto the superdog.

I just watched one of the most terrible movies ever, called Noelle. I only watched it because someone in my household was begging to watch a Christmas movie tonight and I saw it listed on the Disney top 10 all week.

This movie must have been made on a budget provided by product placements. The products are shamelessly plugged in almost every scene of the movie. It even had a warning at the start of the movie: This movie contains product placement.

The amount of times they mentioned Apple ipads and showed Apple products was beyond ridiculous. Then there’s all these magazines like Living, Travel + Leisure and Men’s Health featuring prominently. Then there’s a guy in a PetCo uniform that keeps popping up.

I did a bit of research. They even changed some of the stores shown like Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors and Taco Bell are not stores at the actual mall, but used in the film for product placement.

The movie was cheesy but this product placement just made it terrible. Shame on you, Australia, for putting this 2019 movie in the top 10.

Oh my naïve friend, the top 10s aren’t really based on audience data

Well, they’re certainly not based on quality.

It is titled: Top 10 in Australia Today.

The rent and buy launch has been pushed back by one week to January 6, in Australia.

WHAT!!!

Are we sure that article is correct? I cant find any other info to confirm such.

Aaron listed the article as a press release from Universal Pictures Australia, so I tend to believe it.

Amazon Prime have it at 6 Jan also.

Annoying.

Hopefully the Apple Tv gods will make it happen.
