I wonder if there is a material that can be used that no other channel has yet touched. Ten’s 90s/00s sets were built outside of the norm. Maybe you could incorporate a design or structural twist.

Looks great! @theGradyConnell I was just wondering, (if it’s not too much to ask) are you able to construct a new studio (with a new desk that can be used for both Seven News and Sunrise) based on the current design and layout of the Martin Place Studio in Sydney (with all of the elements of the current set kept in the same place)?

I was initially in two minds about that 10 mock logo, but it has grown on me. I think I love it. I think it brings a certain dynamic tabloid quality to Ten News - it feels fresh, but winks back at the early 80’s era
I love that desk - it’s so versatile. The curve makes it work for anything from a single presenter to a panel format.

This is a hypothetical future in which Seven News Sydney moves out to a high-rise block in Redfern and builds a huge three storey newsroom facing the CBD:
(main 6pm position)
(national bulletins would use this side of the desk, plus 6pm sport)
