Lily Collins and director Charlie McDowell married in Dutton Hot Springs, Colorado.

Very sad news that former Carlton president John Elliott has died, aged 79, just over a week away from his 80th birthday.
Herald Sun reports that he died in the Epworth Hospital after a short illness.
I think John will be remembered for not being afraid to say what was on his mind. ‘Big Jack’ as he was known, had three rules for his family: vote Liberal, barrack for Carlton, and do your best.
More recently, he joined his son Tom Elliott on 3AW Drive every Friday at 5:30pm to discuss the news of the week and other issues, until May 2020 when he stopped making his weekly appearances.
Rest in peace, John ‘Pig’s Arse’ Elliott.
I think John Elliott will also be remembered for his plan to “Fosterise” the world by expanding his business empire to US and Britain during the heydays of 1980s.
Quite an interesting character, mostly enjoyed his appearances on Q&A (wasn’t just there to play the contrarian he easily could have chosen) and the Agony series.
Politically we’d be in a different place had he run for parliament when the opportunity was there.
Oh, of course. Apart from his presidencies of the Liberal Party and Carlton Football Club, John was a businessman at heart, starting his career at BHP and then working hard to build up Elders.
Vale Alan Lancaster. He’d been in poor health for quite some time but it’s still sad to hear of his passing.
