They should be poaching Christie Swan to host breakfast in Melbourne. She’s a star and her numbers in the afternoon are nuts. Then run national highlights at 6pm.

It’s ARN. They’re going to persist with trying to run a national breakfast show for KIIS out of Sydney, even though it has shown that it doesn’t work and it’s blown up in their face, because they don’t know any better.

It’s like the idiot who pees on the electric fence thinking they won’t get electrocuted the first time, then doing it again not learning the mistakes from the first time.

But Chrissie Swan does not want to do Breakfast. She has said in interviews that she prefers doing the Afternoon shift now for a better work/life balance.

No. Over their seven years at Breakfast, Chrissie, Sam & Browny (Sam Pang and Jonathan Brown they consistently won or were in equal top spot.

Sam Pang quit to do other things and the whole team agreed it would be best for all to leave together.

I agree. Plus, Chrissie is a very different person now. Back then she was an unhappy person who was difficult to work with. Now, she loves life and radiates good energy.

My take, Chrissie is very happy where she is - she’s on a good wicket with a great work life balance and doesn’t need to take anyone else’s shit (ie. radio execs)
