Surely they have to keep Mike E in the remainder of the year and then bring in Georgie Tunny with Brooklyn and Crow Nat.
Regardless of the radio ratings. IMO it’s a safe option instead of bringing a newbie to breakfast radio on KIIS in Sydney and Melbourne

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has added a fresh $3 million claim to her Federal Court battle against former employer ARN, as she continues to pursue compensation over the collapse of her radio contract.
The new claim relates to an alleged loan agreement tied to ARN shares, with Henderson’s legal team disputing the network’s decision to label her a “bad leaver”.

I’d take it by the amount Jackie is after that she may not be looking to return to radio, rather than live off the funds she can secure here. Whereas Kyle said himself that he just wanted to her back to work.

The new court orders also require Henderson to attend a medical examination before 20 July 2026. The examining doctor is to be selected by CBC (Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation) and ARN’s legal representatives.
The order indicates the radio companies intend to contest the extent of any harm Henderson claims to have suffered. Her statement of claim includes compensation for “pain, suffering, hurt, humiliation and distress,” in addition to financial losses under the contract.

Jackie’s court case is currently scheduled for 12 – 23 October 2026 but there’s a hearing on 24 August 2026 to agree or dispute the categories of documents requested for evidence which will need to be provided in September.
The medical report is to be produced by a doctor selected and paid by ARN, so we can all assume where that’s going.
