I’m genuinely curious what kind of people can sleep at night when they’re watching dozens of people around them being made redundant as part of cuts associated with the ridiculously inflated deal they signed to remain on the network.

I don’t blame K &J for this. if my boss came to me and offered me a whopping huge contract to continue doing what i’m already doing i would not say no. It’s not my job to ensure the company can afford it. thats on the bosses who offered the contract

You’re very right here. Let’s face it, even if K&J negotiated it… as they say, if you don’t ask, you don’t get.
ARN are to blame for failing in THEIR negotiations to convince the duo to stay on for a more realistic amount.
As if any of us wouldn’t want to ask our boss’s for $200m!? If they say yes, it’s on them - and a win for us.

False, his first big-screen debut was actually in Fat Pizza vs Housos in November 2014, at least locally.
Wonder if anyone who goes to see Zombie Plane in cinemas (outside of Australia) will know about Sandilands and his on-air controversies?

I could be wrong, but isn’t “the big screen” referring to international not local? I don’t think it refers to it being shown in cinema.

The cinema has alway been known as “the big screen” and in comparison television is known as “the small screen” for obvious reasons.
