Secret obsession or lucrative work opportunity?

Currently #Kayo costs $360 per year, increasing to $420 per year at the end of February. Most #AFL clubs offer a digital membership, which includes 12 months of Kayo and some bonuses, for much cheaper. Which team are you going to digitally support for cheaper Kayo?

Yeah, if anything it means the AFL x Kayo membership deals are more of a bargain now. At least that’s a positive way to look at it.
Funnily enough, I did a similar chart in December for another forum. Costs all match up, main diff is they’ve focused on club bonuses whereas I was more thorough on the different packages per team.

Will the club memberships be 4K? I have a Melbourne subscription as I only watch on Kayo these days anyway and it saves money on Kayo and I continue my almost 30 years membership of the Demons.

You get Kayo Basic, which will have 4K AFL from 14 Feb, so yes.

The AFL yesterday announced the match simulation fixture ahead of 2024 season. All practice matches will be streamed live on Kayo.

Patiently waiting for complaints elsewhere of “Why aren’t they on Foxtel as well?”

The Fox Sports version of the article says they are, which is interesting.

Well now I don’t know what to believe.

I think the scratch matches are on Kayo and the official ones are on Fox.

Is sky news still on Kayo is this a permanent thing. Because they have made a $5 separate app.

Just checked, not there, neither is CNN.
Interesting they have a $5/mth option just for Sky News, when they also have Flash for $8/mth which gets you Sky plus a whole bunch of other news channels.
Not that either options interests me, but clearly Flash is the better value.

My kayo just played up and I have to login I do it and error comes up should I leave it a while this is on my TV

Some massive numbers have fallen off Kayo over summer.

I get that football (NRL/AFL) are back in March, but with the price increase, how many people will be signing on to Kayo again this year?

This is a massive “watch this space”

Numbers will come back strong like they always do when the NRL and AFL start

Exactly. My pop still has the traditional foxtel service and as soon as the finals move to Nine he cancels the sports package until the following year.

With the ease of Kayo, I’m sure this will continue to happen.

I had to sign in again last week, but only had to do it once, it’s been good ever since.
