International Sports Presentation

Here’s their team for the first test.

Non-match graphics are their own.

…which are new, hence why I wanted to see if they had them.

Will be nice to hear their call of that wicket when it comes up online somewhere.

Also, clearly a football person made that graphic: “starting XI”, assuming someone will be subbed out with concussion???

You can’t blame the online comments, most of whom haven’t realized this is Fox video feed.

Looks like it’s the same cheap and nasty coverage we get from Nine when they cover The Ashes in England. England fans won’t be used to that. Should be outrage.

Not really, they’re calling it. Nine doesn’t.

What are you referring to?

The comment sections of recent posts on TNT Sports Cricket X page.

All just vaguely saying “backward scoreboard”. Some would prefer to watch the full Fox feed.

Saw this on X

So Fox feeds everyone. Great.

They even get the “FOX-RAY” minus the graphic. Commentators have no idea what to say or do. They just have to go with whatever Fox is showing. There’s no control from TNT at all.

I assume they will have control of not showing the Fox cricket commentary box.

There’s a Sky Sport 1 UHD (NZ) feed btw.

If anyone has a screencap of it, that would be nice.

Yeah…they’re the world feed. You really think the US broadcaster is making their own broadcast? :joy:

Would that just be the Fox 4K feed but with a Sky watermark..?

Ok? I don’t get why there’s so much uproar or confusion?

That’s one of the elements not included in the comms-less feed.

Surely the commentators would have access to the ODI series v India. If they watched this, they would know what Fox do with their coverage.

For the world feed, Fox are showing the logos of Asics and Qantas which also happen to be partners of Cricket Australia, instead of NRMA Insurance, virtually. At least overseas viewers are familiar with both Asics and Qantas.

That’s the point. They can sell more positions that way.

Articles everywhere. Complaints from commentators saying good morning to some of the stuff discussed above.

Almost 35 minutes into the match, vision and audio cut out, quickly followed by the appearance of colour bars.

About ten seconds later, BBC Two invoked its breakdown procedure and the channel’s standard breakdown caption appeared.

On Network BBC Two, the graphic remained on screen animating in silence for almost a minute-and-a-half before the announcer arrived, offering an apology and cued some music.

After about eight minutes of breakdown, the announcer told us there had been a power failure at the stadium.
