Here is the auction promo:
I think itâs just his nickname and has nothing to do with Neighbours

Thanks Captain Obvious.
New promo featuring Josh and Brandon:
Another new promo:
I wonder why there havenât there been any promos featuring the homeowners reactions to the reveals yet and Johanna Griggs, the host. Isnât that meant to be the heart of the show and thus the focus of most of the promos? It seems like LLB is getting all the attention this year, at least as far as the promos are concernedâŚ
Todayâs Daily Telegraph has revealed the second NSW team as dairy farmers Kim and her daughter Michelle.
Former Adelaide Crows AFL player Jared Petrenko and his girlfriend Jess are also rumoured to star in this season of House Rules.
New promo out this morning showing seven teams competing this season, plus the question: âWhich team is hiding something?â
So itâs seven teams this year instead of six. Dragging it out for an extra week or two?
The Victorian team is Leigh (carpenter) and wife Kristie according to todayâs Herald Sun.
Finally we have a promo on what is essentially the core of the show for the latest season; the homeownerâs reactions to the transformations:
New promo featuring another team Chiara and David.
The seven teams were revealed in this weekâs New Idea magazine. Former Adelaide Crows AFL player Jared Petrenko would compete alongside his girlfriend Jess. The Advertiser reported on April 9 that Petrenko, who currently plays for Woodville-West Torrens in the SANFL, would miss half of the 2018 SANFL season to compete on the show, as he did not train since November 2017 when filming began.
As though it wasnât obvious enough already, we now have confirmationâŚ
The seven teams are:
Toad and Mandy (NSW)
Kim and Michelle (NSW)
Josh and Brandon (QLD)
Chiara and David (WA)
Dave and Mel (QLD)
Leigh and Kristie (VIC)
Jared and Jessica (SA)
Kim and Michelle (Tweed Heads) and Dave and Mel (Gold Coast) live on the opposite sides of the border so we could see teams travelling to Gold Coast or even Brisbane to shop for materials and furniture.
Thatâs a massive gavel.
Thatâs what she said.
As the actress said to the bishop.
New promo aired tonight during Seven News Melbourne tonight, in which LLB unveiled the mystery house to the seven teams before the renovation and auction by Purple Bricks. But it is too early to show the promo given the voiceover says âNext Monday 7.30â while there is still one week to go in My Kitchen Rules.
The promo does say House Rules will be shown on Monday-Thursday in the first week, going head to head against MasterChef plus The Voice on Monday and Tuesday.
It appears as though the structure of the House Rules âInterior Renovationâ episodes will be similar to those of last year where for each house there will only be two nights dedicated to the renovating and two for the reveals (one night for the judgesâ critiques & scores and another for the homeownerâs critiques and scores) which will be Sunday and Monday nights this year for the duration of the interior renovations.
The mysterious auction house will be made over and revealed in just two nights (Monday & Tuesday) as promised in one of the promos for this season while the first proper interior renovation will be on Wednesday.
In addition, it seems that the bonus room and statement piece concepts (which Joh made as a big announcement last season and is likely what this one is too, to increase the pressure in the final days of each renovation) which were introduced last season will continue this season.
New promo aired tonight, indicating a contestant would be injured within the first 30 minutes of Mondayâs season opener that an ambulance had to be called. It happened at the site of the house which would be renovated before it was auctioned off.
