The caption said something along the lines of “Trade season strikes again” with a photo of a radio with 93.9 FM tuned.

He isn’t mentioned on Fox’s website either.

Hopefully i misunderstood because he would be a massive loss for SCA.

I really doubt it. Maybe a road trip there, but it’d make press if SCA let him go, or if he deflected.

Rumours late yesterday suggested Head of Triple M. Amanda Lee stays as Head of Hit. Matty O oversees the two.

would be very interesting if that turns out to be true.

Kipa has confirmed she is departing her role as Executive Producer of Sydney’s 2DayFM Breakfast show, posting to LinkedIn “Time to hang up the headphones on breakfast radio for a hot min! Sounds like he was only joking about leaving on socials etc, or he was about to leave and SCA offered him something more to stay?

He is very skilled and I’m not sure someone of his ability would be replaceable in the short term, even when SCA is cutting every last corner

It was quite weird for a little while - as I posted earlier, there were even rumours floating around that he was going to be offered Head of Triple M. The “Killing Season” brings out some really weird stories sometimes!
