I think that gets played a fair bit, one of his better ones from the 80s too.
I think his 90s hits are better than his 80s ones, like “Can’t Stop This Thing We Started”, The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me"‘, and “When You’re Gone”’

Yeah, great song. Probably the first one I heard that got me into his music. But he had a lot of others that are awesome too.
I even like some of his more random pop songs like Cloud No 9.
I like most songs from Bryan Adams apart from “Summer of ‘69”
You never got your first real six string?
Well if they did, they certainly never bought it at the five-and-dime
I guarantee on Triple M I played it til my fingers bled
Did you and some guys from school start a band?
A few good ones tonight

That’s a forgotten one. Released in 1996 and straight up Conga Line material.
Heard the song Name by the Goo Goo Dolls as part of Triple M Newcastle 102.9 FM (and other regional stations)’s “Double Shot Tuesday. Charted at 64 on the Aria charts in 1996 and one of the more underplayed tracks from the band alongside their flogged tracks Iris and Slide.
Noughties at 9 on Smallzy’s Surgery tonight:
The latter song remains one of my all-time favourites!
A few good ones tonight
I Heard A Rumour - Bananarama
(On Port Stephens FM, probably my favourite song of theirs)
Moonlight Shadow - Mike Oldfield
(On WSFM, haven’t heard that for a while)
Ship Of Fools - World Party
(On ABC Local Radio NSW, happened across it on 103.5 2BA during my dial twiddling tonight. Not sure if they played that because of the death of their lead singer last week or not).
I played ‘Moonlight Shadow’ a couple of weeks ago…maybe someone at Wuss has a hobby farm down here?
Just after 9:10pm on Smallzy’s Surgery this evening: “A Thousand Miles” by Vanessa Carlton.
Peaked at the top of the ARIA Charts in August 2002. This was a refreshing song particularly at a time when edgy-pop songs were dominating the charts.
Just after 9:15pm on smoothfm: “Out of Reach” by Gabrielle. Was included on the soundtrack of “Bridget Jones’ Diary” in 2001. Another beautiful song from 2001.
I do like that Gabrielle song…
