Not listed on their list of experts above?
I think he was also part-time with Fox for AFLW
He did AFLW with Fox while he was Carlton AFLW coach
Why is he in the game then…? Cheap rate for the token women’s expert?
He also played 162 games for Hawthorn & Carlton from 1995-2004

Considering they were all at Arbory today, can we assume all 3 games will be called off the tube?
If they really wanted to, they could’ve flown a team down to Tassie, everywhere else would be from the studio. I reckon they’ll have Papalia call the Freo match.
The game might have 2 sets of commentators since there are 6 of them.
It could be Hudson, McLachlan & Pearce for Men’s matches & Underwood, Bennett & Harford for the women’s matches or some type of combination
Looks like it’s being called from the studio, but with a boundary rider at the ground. Using the Fox Sports mic shield.
Nothing new in that schedule, and the promos leading into the start of the season have been very lacklustre. Are they content with just going through the motions after spending so much money and effort on renewing the rights?
Also, it’s actually laughable that these actual pre-season games are being called off-tube, whilst last weeks games, which were match simulations (I mean, most games had modified rules) at smaller grounds and consisted of a basic broadcasting setup, actually had commentators at the ground.
They weren’t Fox productions though…
Hawthorn vs Collingwood practice game currently in 4k on both 591 and 592, but the pop up doesn’t work for either channel on 504.
So AFL360 is going with the same, tired formula for another year.
Guess it’s cheap not having to think of ways to freshen up the show if you have the same segments for every day.
