Why do they have the fox cricket logo? Shouldnât it have ESPN logo so people know itâs on ESPN instead of having it written at the bottom.

There was a longer promo that ran during the AFL the other day that in the Fox Cricket style too rather than being the ESPN promo
The pop up promotional box not in the Fox Footy style hurts my eyes. It doesnât align with anything.

Instead of post-game analysis or interviews for the ESS v WB match, Fox Footy went straight from the Dogs song to the GWS v SYD last quarter in progress.
EDIT: And now if you were watching THAT game on 503, they cut it off straight after the GWS song to go to the golf; post-game coverage continues on 504.

Found out Fox have been barred from using nicknames during the coverage from this week. Was mentioned on the Friday Huddle on Triple M after thursdayâs game, canât say I actually noticed. Anyone else?

Fox called all 9 games from the venues with full commentary teams this weekend. Hopefully it stays this way.

Play by Play for the Showdown was called remotely, Expert Commentary was provided from the ground.
Both games in Victoria today had commentary teams there, obviously.
Dwayne was at the Showdown. I was there and met him.

I wonder if Dwayne ever calls Sydney games at the stadiums in person - as far as I know, I have never seen him in the flesh at either the Sydney Showgrounds or the SCG.
I know Huddo does (or did) - in 2015 he called Sydney Derby XIII at the Showgrounds which the Swans won by 89 points, and in 2016 he called the Swans vs Melbourne at the SCG, and then the Giants vs Carlton at the Showgrounds six days later.
Fox getting people accustomed to this so they can use these pop-ups for real advertising
