So that means both will use different providers, I guess since it’s the same DRS methods the consistency of providers doesn’t really matter
They don’t use different providers for the same match so no chance of a different result.

That’s not Daddles, he retired when Nine lost the rights. This new incarnation is called Courtney (after the West Indian who got out for a duck a record 43 times in Test cricket), and the silence could be explained by the fact that Courtney is/was voiced by the late Shane Warne.
I also have made the same mistake by mixing them up until I found out the difference the other week.

According to The Sunday Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield, Brian Lara will stay in Australia as part of Fox Cricket’s BBL commentary team this summer, after making a huge impression with his commentary during the Australia-West Indies test series.

He has been quite good, and the team clearly enjoy working with him. I imagine they’ll use him on the Big Bash this week in-between the two Test matches.
He was part of 7’s BBL for a handful of games last year

He was commentating BBL with Seven last season (and COVID cover Tests).

Fox had lots of issues with their graphics last night. Did anyone else notice or was that just me?
Sarah Jones, Adam Ghilchrist, Brett Lee and Michael Hussey in action tonight for BBL12, Gilly did last night with Mark Waugh and the inseparable duo of Kath Loughnan & Mark Howard.

7’s DRS timer & innings timer graphic leaking through?
During the tests 7 also had the fox timer leak through before using their own, so this could be a similar situation

I noticed.
And “Courtney” the duck was missing for the Sean Abbott wicket just now. IIRC if it’s the same from previous seasons, for some reason we only see the duck for Fox produced games even when Fox are using their own graphics.

Noticed this last night and had to double check it, but looks like 7’s wicket replay graphic was used by Fox yesterday but not for first 2 matches. This could be because Fox were calling from studio yesterday
