I wonder if he’s short sighted (is that the right one?) as he said he couldn’t read the book details that was on screen. Maybe he needs glasses to read the autocue . And uses the notes rather than the autocue.

Does anyone seriously even watch the Wednesday edition? I think I tuned-in on launch and never came back. Mondays on the other hand is (as has been for 14 years now) appointment footy TV.

surely they can stick it on GEM or GO. this is the perfect scenario for the multichannel - might not rate it’s tits off but at a decent hour i expect it to build a decent audiance

I used to watch both. I found Eddie to be a bit arrogant and used to always talk over the top of people. But I find Craig Hutchinson to be quite unpolished and always out of breath.

I did watch it and actually preferred it over mondays. I can’t stand Hutchy and it was good to watch Eddie vs Caro!

I watched both last year but not every week and definitely not as much as I once did (in relation to the Monday edition). Just think Footy Classified’s style (having panelists who’ll generally disagree with each other butting heads week-after-week) has become tired and too predictable.

Eddie McGuire won’t be returning immediately, as he is still on indefinite leave from his work commitments.
Sam McClure is the usual stand-in host for when Eddie is unavailable.

They moved to the new set last year. The same one the Sunday Footy Show uses. Seems like the promo is using an old version?
