Thanks, I was leaning towards buying it outright, but wasn’t 100% sure.

The fact that the provider boxes can’t be reused if you cancel, is the reason I bought my Fetch TV outright.

Look for fetch Ebay page you can usually pick up cheaper boxes they are labelled as refurbished boxes but from all reports their is nothing wrong with them

How come the release notes below don’t mention half of this stuff?

I think what you’ve posted is from an old update.

Those release notes are for Litchfield 2.6. I have Litchfield 2.6.5 on my box now.

The info I posted above is from the email they sent out this week for selected users who want to test out the new features.

I’ve been waiting to see if anybody here would get added, I was hoping I was. I signed up with both my boxes but haven’t had a change. Looks good. Looks a bit Foxtel like though.

No. Is there a way to force an update?

No, my Mighty and Mini from Optus are yet to receive the update. I will go restart them now to see if they do.
