The 2021 Federal Budget will be handed down on Tuesday, 11 May. Join the ABC expert team including

8:00pm: Federal Budget Special hosted by Leigh Sales who will be joined by David Speers, Laura

you. The Budget Special will also include the first interview with Treasurer Josh Frydenberg and Shadow

The Federal Budget is due to be handed down on Tuesday 11 May, and there is considerable anticipation around the announcement as Australia continues to count the cost of COVID-19.

From 10pm (AEST), join Kathryn Robinson for The Business Budget Special as we break down incentives in the Budget for businesses. Kathryn will be joined by Finance Minister Simon Birmingham.

Special guests include Danielle Wood from the Grattan Institute and former Rudd adviser Andrew Charlton , as well as Zip Co chair Diane Smith-Gander and gender equality expert Libby Lyons . Plus, reaction from the manufacturing sector.
