Norway is the only good song I’ve heard so far apart from Delta. Most of the rest are complete puss! Really don’t like Finland and Denmark at all.

Delta has now moved up to the #3 favourite in the betting odds. This is before any staging has been revealed or even a live performance of her song (whilst many others have already performed somewhere). If her staging and performance lands well, she could be in a very strong position this year.

How isGreece doing so well? Is it because it contains English, Spanish, French and Greek lyrics? It seems like a bit of a piss take to me and very much like a car crash.

A piss-take song finished 3rd last year.
Great news. Her song is getting a lot of favourable comments on the blogs from Europe. Hopefully the staging is epic.
I’m glad people are liking Delta’s song but it’s the opposite of an earworm for me. Having listened to it a few times I struggle to remember any of it.

Deltas also doing well breaking into streaming charts in other countries and being one of the most played in some countries (6th most popular played yesterday), so it’s definitely getting a following. Be interesting to see any official weekend chart results

On Spotify you can see that it’s had 109,531 streams. That would be based on only about 1.5 days too which is pretty good. I can see on youtube it is #9 on the trending music chart.

It doesn’t translate to winning, points, qualifying etc, but it is better than no plays.
I just listened to it for the first time. I generally try to not to listen to any songs prior to the event as i want my voting to be unbiased and based on what i see (but as i can’t vote for Australia anyway it doesn’t matter)
I actually liked it. I’m not the biggest delta fan (Had a boyfriend years ago that flogged innocent eyes to death) but i can see it doing well. Had some Kate Miller Heidke Zero gravity vibes to it.
As soon as it finished i needed to replay it and listen again
its certainly better than some of the entries we sent in the past in terms of being “eurovison”
