Chris Bath, Luke Jacobz, Tom Williams, Kylie Gillies and Tina Arena were among my favourites.
Grant Denyer would be great as contestant or host.
I think you can rule out Johnny Ruffo.
I dont think any of the ones i have listed are particularly unrealistic, what else do they have to spend their time doing during a pandemic? a lot of them have accepted other gigs on 7 recently.
Last I heard, he’s doing well, could be a good tv moment.
That list is laughable, do you have any idea of the budget required for that.
Expect 10-12 contestants max.
The list is great but I reckon it’s bordering impossible especially for the contestants that have appeared on the Channel 10 seasons as Seven already indicated they won’t be asking them to coming back.
I’d rather them diverting the budget to replicate the production standards on 10.
A show like SAS secured 17 celebrities for a possible 3 weeks of full 24/7 commitment, and that was viable.
My idea is 2 days filming max, a don’t think it should be a stretch.
Do you think most talent would agree to show up and dance for two days without significant training?
A typical season we would do 4-6 weeks rehearsal minimum prior to airing. You are also paying for rehearsal space, not to mention the professional dancer also.
They will not show up and dance without significant prep time (which I believe has already started).
Surely her commitments to presenting weekend editions of 10 News First would rule Chris Bath out from participating in an all stars version of Dancing With The Stars on Seven?
If DWTS was still airing on Ten, it might be a different story.
I wouldn’t think he’d be up to that level of activity
Who will be the judges?
I reckon they will bring back the originals.
I’d say so. I was just saying she was one of my favourites.
The first celeb revealed.
Looks like Seven has reverted to using the shows original social media accounts when it was originally on the network. They shared the same post on Dance Boss Australia - originally DWTS Facebook page.
According to today’s Sunday Herald Sun, Courtney Act (runner-up on season 16 in 2019, which was also the first season on 10) could return, as could Kate Ceberano, Tom Williams, Manu Feildel and Luke Jacobz.
Some good choices
Maybe Seven has backflipped on their decision to not include 10 contestants?
Ada Nicodemou is still fairly relevant these days so not a bad choice, and the others mentioned are also good choices.
Chris Hemsworth is in Byron Bay
Glad that Ada Nicodemou has been confirmed.
As for the possibly of Courtney Act, Kate Ceberano, Tom Williams, Manu Feildel and Luke Jacobz returning - id be happy with them too.
If Seven could convince Chris Hemsworth to join the show it will be huge.
She’d be the type to “accidentally” call the hosts Grant or Amanda.
That would be massive.
