Should be on later in the year with The Bachelor if you ask me. But if they are going to air it at this time of the year the Sundays are better than Mondays.
Agree it might fit better with a Bachelor audience, but it would still be airing with one of the seasons of Survivor in any case next year so I’m not sure how much better it would do.
I wonder what else 10 have planned for the first quarter, if DWTS is airing Sundays, Survivor likely Mon & Tues nights again and then Ambulance Australia on Wed or Thur night that leaves one more 7:30pm time slot that would need to be filled.

According to the website, DWTS will be filmed at Docklands Studios in Melbourne this year, and it looks like the new season will premiere on Sunday, February 23. And the first show (filming time 5.30pm to 10.30pm) is already sold out.

what going on with the cast of this? no rumours? previous seasons have been fully announced 8 weeks ahead of the premiere at the start of rehearsals. either 10 are very good at keeping rehearsals secret or it is starting later in the year than we think.
It starts Sunday Feb 23 as tickets for the first show filming on Sunday Feb 23 are already sold out as per JohnsonTV’s post above yours.
I like that the promos for the show have a slightly edgier look to them this year, skewing to a younger audience. Without much footage to use last year, it looked like the same old version we had on 7.

You certainly need an education if they’re the only ones you recognise. 
Although children of celebrities should not be classed as “stars” whether they are well known or not. That is, Christian Wilkins son of Richard and Chloe Lattanzi daughter of Olivia Newton John.
