He should have been sacked. He’s behaviour was completely unacceptable.
You can’t fire someone based on an “allegation” which can’t be proven either way.
That would definitely set a very problematic precedent. Imagine a world where someone is sacked as soon as an allegation is made. No one in a high profile job would last very long, that’s for sure.
It’s bad enough we have trial by media we don’t really want to start going down that dangerous route.
I am referring to Andrew Lamming specifically not anyone else. He’s actions were proven time and time again.
Well Jason maybe you need to put some context in your post because I thought you were referring to something else. How are we meant to know who you are referring to? Just keep that in mind
Exactly what has Andrew Laming done? Have you got any sufficient evidence to support that he should be fired? Remember an allegation doesn’t prove guilt or non guilty in whatever he’s been accused of. Given the mental health issue firing someone for having mental health issues is not reasonable nor is lawful.
