also another thing dan andrews said yesterday that tomorrow (sunday) he would annouce what if any new restrictions or lockdowns going ahead. but by todays presser that could now be changing

I donāt think we really know what a Stage 4 would look like. At the end of the day any further restrictions that are implemented by the Government would indeed be stage 4 anyway.
My issue is that if they do go into a harder lockdown, like NZ, then why wasnāt it done 2 weeks ago. I feel the Victorian Government has been very slow to react.
Which is probably why Stage 4 has been touted. It would force all these places to close down.
