How great is that number with the worry of that Shepparton testing blitz. Great work Victoria.

It’s a great case number along with zero deaths recorded and Metropolitan Melbourne’s 14 day rolling average dropping. However, the cases with unknown source has risen by two

great numbers for Vic. especially as it seems to be a day of very bad news internationally.

by my calcs, if we keep this up, the 14 day average could be 7.6 by sunday.

Also, three flights from New Zealand arrive in Sydney as part of the Trans-Tasman travel bubble. Passengers on board those flights won’t have to go to hotel quarantine in Sydney.

The World seems to be braking a new record for New Cases every day at the moment. Almost 400K new cases in the past 24 hours. Europe and North America now seem to be the main driver in the new cases.

After a long time seeing India #1, USA #2 and Brazil #3, today there is a change in the tally; USA overtaking India and France overtaking Brazil. USA had their worst day since July.

terrible figures in Europe, so many countries hitting new records again, day after day. Italy in particular is on a very steep rise this week.

Why would anyone want to come to Melbourne at the moment anyway? At least wait till Monday…

Maybe they have friends and family living in Melbourne and just assumed they were allowed to fly down and see them (although that’s unlikely)?

Exactly what most other countries in the world (bar the US) have been doing for the last 6 months.
Embarrassing it took so long for the feds to finally take some responsibility.
