What was interesting was that Channel Ten commenced showing new episodes of The Simpsons on Saturday at 6pm.
I do not know anything about Max and Ruby, but someone who need to remember when Max and Ruby aired on ABC?
Max and Ruby is some American children’s television show involving talking animated rabbits that I recall watching when I was younger which was around the mid 2000s.
It aired in the 2000s - one of my favourites back in the day!

On that day, TEN Early News unexpectedly ended and was replaced by Breakfast at 6am due to the political crisis. As a result, Toasted TV was shunted to Channel 11. Breakfast ended at 10:20am proceeded to The Circle. It was strange why The Circle aired at 10:20am. Unfortunately, Perth had delayed telecast of the political crisis on TEN, while on Seven and Nine they had Live coverage.
I was 13 in 2005 so admittedly I was starting to go off ABCKids save for reruns of Daria Round The Twist and a few others, from what I remember Max and Ruby was aimed at kids around 2-5 it was about a brother and sister rabbit living (seemingly with no parents which I thought was odd) everyday life and solving everyday problems, think Arthur but for really young kids

Any test colour programming is barred after 6.00pm in the week leading up to “C-Day”
Seven burning up new 30 Rock episodes at 11:30pm, so typical of that timeframe.
WIN owned STW’s weird promotional push for the WIN News late edition style re-run of Nine News Perth at midnight.
Chilling to see those newsreaders listed for the late news updates considering what would happen in East Timor nine months later.
I hadn’t noticed that. Both of them, far out.
Wait what happened?

Odd they kept Sabrina on at 6 well into February and The Simpsons was moved to the 7 slot.
