This one seems a bit dodgy to me. Swim Shady is clearly a rip off of Eminem. Unlike the Katie Perry/Katy Perry case, which was her actual name.

But Slim Shady is not his real name. In fact Eminem is not his real name either.

Swim Shady makes you think of Slim Shady but there’s no connection really. They’re not making money off him because it looks like he endorses it. It’s just a fun name.

Another interesting case is he is apparently suing a podcast for using the word “shady”… Because when you think of a gossip podcast called “Reasonably Shady” you think of his music, right!?!?

Sure, which I get. That’s the law I guess. But…

Bega Peanut Butter has launched its first ever flavoured peanut spreads range, introducing two playful new varieties: Creamy Caramel and Marshmallow Raspberry flavours.

They sound disgusting. I remember seeing a jar of peanut butter and jam on sale a few years back but I don’t think it’s sold any more.

Twix Salted Caramel is in supermarkets now. The shrinkflation is getting ridiculous. This 46g bar is really tiny.
