I tried to say something simple. Protein doesn’t make muscle, work does. But the teenager always knows best, and the marketing department loves it.

Woolworths has taken action to remove a banned item from its stores, with a whopping $550,000 fine on the line if the product is spotted on the shelves from today (June 22).

Popular coconut water brand H2coco sells 200ml cartons exclusively through Woolworths, but they were found to have plastic drinking straws attached to the sides of the box.

In NSW, single-use plastic straws on juice boxes and poppers were banned on January 1, 2025, aiming to reduce plastic waste and prevent problematic materials from polluting the environment.

H2coco had until June 7 to stop supplying plastic straws and switch to a paper alternative, while Woolworths was ordered to get rid of its current stock by Sunday, June 21.

Australian activewear brand STAX has been placed into receivership.

Consulting firm FTI announced the brand, which was founded by Rich-Listers Don Robertson and Matilda Murray, had receivers and managers appointed on Wednesday.

1st time I’ve seen the pickle varieties in the wild .. and didn’t know the Hot Honey Twisties existed either

They always seem to show up at 7-Eleven first.

These were at FoodWorks Nabiac. I just noticed the shelf tag for the pickle Twisties says “Slow Move” :joy: yeah not sure they’d be that popular

Citric acid and dill flavour, they mix it with beef and cheese and call it burger flavour, once is enough for most people , it’s weird.

Higher stock-turn, perhaps?

The Pickle Twisties have been around for a while but haven’t seen the Hot Chilli Honey variety yet.
