I was having a couple of coffees and one or two V drinks per day. My blood pressure was sky-rocketing. Iâve given up the Vs now for more than ten years and will only have one or two coffees per day.

Caffeine is annoying. Iâve been trying to slowly get myself away from drinking 3 or 4 cans of Red Bull a day plus the occasional coffee.
Easier said than done. I was doing ok but that didnât last long lol. Once your body is used to it itâs hard to scale it back and going cold turkey bites you in the ass big time. Anyone who has experienced a caffeine withdrawal headache knows all about that.
Whenever I look at what Iâm spending on Red Bull I get pissed and want to get rid of it so the money side of it is a driving factor but obviously the health side of it is most important.
They should definitely ban kids from being able to get energy drinks. I started with the V and Red Bull as a teenager and Iâm now 40 and still canât get off it.
I would love a Red Bull flavoured drink without the caffeine and all the other nasty crap they put in there. I think would help many people.

I wouldnât go cold turkey but differently scale it back. I use to have 4/5 coffees and 2 Coke Zeros a day. As Iâve progressed into my 30s, this really messed up my sleeping patterns and in turn created unusual levels of anxiety and mood swings.

They should just drop âSoda Shop,â it doesnât match the new branding design very well. Nothing wrong with simply Pepsi Max Raspberry, Pepsi Max Vanilla etc.
Yeah. I donât understand why they do that in Australia. We donât even call them sodas and we never had Soda Shops.
I prefer either of these designs:

This is what it looks like in New Zealand. While, I donât like the Raspberry wallpaper all over it, the general dedign is better. Use the main Pepsi Max branding but add a band of red at the top or bottom.
