I agree that last night’s episode was a bit slow but I think overall it’s a really entertaining cast with lots of unique characters and plenty of drama brewing. It feels a bit like the Celeb UK Big Brother seasons that I’ve watched where it can be slow the first few days but by the end of the first week the drama seems to begin. These are not housemates that will hold back. From some of the clips I’ve seen tonight looks like it will be quite explosive.

My only issue is that I don’t really have a favourite yet. Vinnie is probably the most likeable and I’ll predict that someone like him will be a good shot at winning.

I really hope that Holly goes this week as she is actually quite panful to watch but most of the focus seems to be on her, which could generate votes over someone like Michael who we haven’t really seen a heap of. It seems like we only get 1 vote? I voted for Jane but was hoping to do a vote for Jane and Michael as I really want Holly gone.

Last night they made her relationship with Colin a selling point of the episode.

So the ratings out at midday will reflect her eviction chance this week.

If it drops a lot, she’s out. If otherwise (down slightly/up), Michael will be out.

It’s just part of the narrative.

Watching the streams the amount of times that Colin says bro is doing my head in. Apart from that I think he could be a good housemate but he is just getting dragged down by the way he is so attached to Holly. It would be good to see how different he is if/when she goes.

If they want to hold the drama keep Holly and remove Colin.

Holly will continue to bring the drama, Colin has now just become annoying. I think Holly would fire up more with him out.

Big Brother’s ratings on Thursday dropped to 515,000 though it still won its timeslot in the key younger demographics. I think 10 will be happy it stayed over 500,000.

This is more like what I expected and more likely where it will stay now that the novelty has worn off. Evictions might do better but regular episodes will be low.

Have noticed a lot of bot-like activity in the TikTok comments - comments duplicated over several accounts - most are either promoting a save for Holly or are the opposite - voting for one of the other two to get Holly out.

Meanwhile rain expected today and over the weekend might keep housemates inside.
