Big Brother

Somethings up, Holly called to the diary room while in bed with Colin.

I assume producers are not happy with them.

Holly in the diary room may have just been a microphone issue.

Then she was heard whispering. Mostly inaudible except “that’s a conversation for another day” and something about her last night in the house.

Followed by slightly less audible whispers and noises that can’t be called “white noise”.

11.25pm: Audio officially out.

Apparently there’s a mouse or something in the house as well. Something ran across the bedroom floor just after the mute.

The sound has gone quiet for a suspiciously long amount of time (without cutting to the fish tank or washing machines).

Remember, in previous nights they were happy to take “Snoreola” as some has called it.

Until proven otherwise, they definitely were called to the DR to sign a consent form to, you know, do it.

I assume those two are having relations in bed as it’s on mute and I’m seeing a few heads popping up.

It looked to me like a moth flying in front of the camera

Appreciate this BBB update.

Lights are out - Colin and Holly’s bedsheets are visibly thrashing. Repetitive saliva noises suspected to be kissing. Colin seems to whisper “I care about you”. Fast paced breathing along with the bedsheet noise. Audio then cuts off.

And has not returned for 40 minutes. Edward reportedly covering his ears. Many other beds have moved.

There’s your Villa moment. (Colin got called to diary room twice in the 11pm hour.)

I think Ed just told them to shut the F up.

Midnight: The door opened but no one came in or out. Just a trainwreck you can’t move away from because something could be happening the next second.

It closed at 12.05am.

12.11am: Camera moving for the first time in an hour. Audio has been muted just as long. Jane woke up and gave a sideeye to Holin.

The morning stream will be riveting content.

Not muted. TTC have worked out the mikes are all turned off (probably to prevent us hearing the Holin) because there’s slight static you can hear if you turn the volume up enough.

You can really only notice the static if you turn the volume to max and stick to your ears on computer.

And that makes any promo ad deafening.

The static noise is at acceptable level on mobile.

They listened to the viewers! (Look at the top comments)

The Daily Mail at it again: Big Brother Australia contestants up in arms over showering naked on air as new cubicles offer no privacy: ‘I’m terrified’

It’s true the cubicles offer limited privacy, which some of the housemates have commented on. But claiming that there’s no doors, right next to pictures of the doors is mind-boggling “journalism”

The nudity issue isn’t really that bad. 9 of 13 HMs sign up for it all the way, which is notable.

The middle part of each section appears to be very opaque, so it’s fine.

Not aware if there are other angles in the bathroom though. The camera in that incident was on the ceiling of the lower-left corner of the room.

Back to the stream, the audio appears to be static all night long. Normal service resumes 8am.

An improvement for privacy of housemates on the 2023 season when there weren’t any doors on the cubicles and Seven showed uncut episodes.

‘Stop pashing!’: Big Brother row explodes as a generational divide emerges between Holly, 31 and Jane, 67

A 67-year-old retired mother exploded in the Big Brother house as she said enough was enough to younger housemates’ X-rated behaviour.

A fiery argument erupted on Big Brother Australia on Thursday when the oldest housemate snapped after two other contestants began a steamy romance in the house.

Holly, 31 and Colin, 21, have struck up an attraction over the last few days and have regularly been caught snogging on the show’s live stream.

When they began “pashing” under the covers, Jane, 67, called a meeting and demanded that the pair have some more respect for the other housemates.

There will be another one of this article popped up in the morning, judging by that sideeye.

And it’s going to potentially worsen if Holly walks. (She did say “last night in the house”)

No idea why Holly is interested in a guy like Colin.
