Australian Survivor

I would really like to know from Cara is something else was being said about her in camp. If not she must be the worst survivor player to get so far.

This season has lost me now. Why drag it out with so few people left? The urns thing was just lame.

Also 3 out of the 6 remaining have been voted out! At least Hayley had to do something to earn her way back. Cara and Flick stayed after being voted out based on pure luck.

They didn’t know she had an idol and they flushed it.

There’s another idol tomorrow it seems from the ad.

Hayley has been voted out and needed Redemption Island to return, Flick was voted out and needed to pick the right urn, Cara and George have both needed idols played on them and Cara herself has even been voted out and Wai needed the advantage to be saved from being the first potential boot. Dani is now the only person who did not need an advantage to be safe of the final 6. That is really frustrating to acknowledge.

What was the point of Cara using her idol if there was no hint that someone would want to vote her out?

Because she is one of the worst Survivor contestants ever along with Wai. They are lucky George was there to take them this far. Hopefully Flick uses her idol today to take out Cara, weak gameplay should not be rewarded.

I hope 10 ease back on the hidden immunity ISO’s next season. I think it did more damage than good in terms of the contestants getting to the merge. No doubt still have them but maybe just limit it to 1 per tribe to begin with and then 1 at merge.

The major issue with this is that viewers have embraced Australian Survivor this year, to the point that it has put real pressure on Nine’s The Block .

However, 10 is taking a real dump on its Australian Survivor viewers by making them choose between The Voice Australia grand final and a room reveal on The Block .

So the choice for viewers is to watch one of two shows they’re already not watching?

Yeah I couldn’t make sense of some of the article, I get the point but it’s not written very well Imo.

surely if anyone is conflicted they would watch survivor live and The Voice on record. With the amount of filler in The Voice you could probably fast forward and condense the first 90mins into 5mins and still watch the end live.

Takes a look at the author: Aaron Ryan

No need to pay attention to what he’s saying.

Anything coming from tvblackbox is just a petty snipe at 10 at the moment.

To be fair you really cannot take anything Aaron writes about anything on that website.

Unless it is about Seven where he has an incredible bias toward :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

He just seems to follow whatever Rob says though. I have totally turned off them with all this petty squabbling.

A point in the article raised advertisers missing out, on one nights broadcast?

Their sales team would be selling based on total audience - overnights, live-streaming, BVOD, encores etc. Pretty moot point if you ask me.

Bring on the competition I say.

That’s exactly what I have been doing on the past few Sundays. I watched the first 30 minutes of The Voice, recorded the rest on my PVR and watched Survivor as it went to air. When Survivor finished I then replayed The Voice from where I left off.

I have actually been watching all 3 - forgive me we are in lockdown - all on catch up.
