I just contacted ROX fm asking what songs they were playing around that time, this should help to fully confirm it if they end up responding.
The only other possible match i can see is 2VM from Mungindi, Phil Collins seems like something they might play.

Thatās an interesting one! There arenāt any stations I can see on the latest ACMA listing on 89.3 that are HPONs (apart from the country music one in Geelong) or that might be taking racing coverage.

I didnāt hear the racing. Iām listening now just non stop rock songs (eg AC/DC). And distorted automotive themed adverts ? I did hear mention of racing & car racing. Doesnāt appear to be fading much.
They were playing ads too, so not a pirate i presume. Really strange
Today seems to be currently favouring the east coast, nothing up in Mildura aside from brief aircraft scatter of Triple J CW Slopes on 102.3. Will keep an eye out if thereās any change here.

Iām surprised 90.0 made it if itās my TEF, given 2NBC on 90.1 gets like 90+ dBf signal strength on some of my aerials.
Most of my serversā antennas are currently offset by about 15 degrees anticlockwise at the moment, with the NE antenna pointing at 0 degrees, as the antenna installer turned the antennas the wrong direction last time he came.

Just on your server; caught RDS on 102.3 from ABC Classic Canberra moments ago, perhaps some kind of back-scatter Es? JJJ Central West Slopes strongish on 102.3 too.
Did 90.0 have any audio? I was getting a blank carrier.
