Thanks for posting all the 7 and 9 streams. I’m a novice and got all these streams to work on a iPad. Just wondering is there any USA streams or no chance of that.

Awesome work. Maybe there should be another thread or wiki created for all the stream links…

Here’s a google sheets I made.

And for those on Android devices Sony’s Video app (which you can get here) works great with the live streams.

As expected no streaming for cricket. I guess free to air does not apply to free to air on internet. :slightly_smiling:

Yep, just because a network has the broadcast rights to a sporting event doesn’t mean they’ll be able to stream it online because digital rights are done separately. Same thing will happen with the NRL coverage.

Wonder if netflix could argue if nine shows a tv show they have the online too is that a breach. Sport seems to have different rule, maybe because its live and probably cricket australia makes a lot of money selling the online rights. All these government laws for Anti-siphoning dont apply for online streaming. I know in India I believe it is free to watch cricket online due to government policy.

Though to optus’s credit, cricket I believe is now free to watch in an app. I am sure NRL will be different.

No problems mate. Glad I came across the initial release by apsattv here. I find 7’s recordings work straight away in my editor (VideoReDo TVSuite), but I have to parse Nine’s recordings through a muxer as video and audio doesn’t sync. Otherwise it all works well!

In case of NRL, 9Now could air Melbourne’s schedule (factuals, AFL Footy Show then NRL Footy Show on Thursdays, and repeat movies on Fridays).

I am pretty sure 9 bought the digital rights to the 3 games they show in the new tv deal which kicks in this year after being brought forward so I would say the NRL will be playing on 9now.

Do we really think that Nine won’t be allowed to livestream The Footy Show (of either code)? If they can get away with highlights on news bulletins…

I don’t know why this is happening, but I live in WA but 9Now thinks I am living in the ACT. I am not running a VPN,either.

I am sure Nine can livestream The NRL Footy Show, but will have to find other programs to fill in the gap when Thursday night NRL is on TV. It just can’t leave the two hour period blank.

I have the same thing.
I’m in Townsville in North QLD and 9Now is showing that I’m in the ACT as well.

Looks like I am wrong about the NRL.

Nine will have the streaming rights for the National Rugby League from 2018 when the recently signed $1.8 billion broadcast deal kicks in.

But parts of that deal were brought forward for the next two seasons and Nine will attempt to expedite its control of the NRL streaming rights, which are now held by Telstra.
