I found it not terrible, just predictable considering alot of Pauly Fenech’s style of comedy is kind of same-same from Housos.

Saw a promo for 7mate’s “Whoop Whoop Wednesday” 
LOL (HP + Force). How many times can they tinker with this line-up and tag-line? It is however one of the channel’s best and consistent raters though.

@TV.Cynic Have the networks refreshed their m/c idents/promos for 2024? Usually for the proper commencement of a TV year or survey start, once the regular line-ups return, they refresh them or to keep up with what rights/seasons they have. Usually Seven do for 7Two (which I saw you post caps the other day), 7mate, 7flix and 7Bravo (now in its second year).

Don’t really understand Seven’s m/c prime time programmers (although I understand the entire programming team comes together when it comes to network decisions such as AFL across different channels), in the case of tonight with 7mate.
They’ve got a very much female-skewing old movie re-run Disney’s Runaway Bride reuniting Pretty Woman’s Richard Gere and Julia Roberts 9 years later on 7mate (I believe main channel in some markets). However on a very much younger male-skewing channel!
Yet last night did the better thing, in a similar situation, by putting female-skewing Made of Honor on younger female-skewing channel 7flix (main channel in some markets). While 7mate got to keep its usual target programming.
I understand 7mate has been the traditional ‘switch’ channel since this current AFL arrangement started in 2012, regardless of demographics, but why start utilising 7flix in recent years (which they finally realised makes more sense), but then back-flip again one night later. Are Shazam and The Social Network on 7flix tonight really that important for national play-out?

Not sure the best place to post but Seven has decided not to use 7flix for Melbourne and Adelaide non AFL viewing.
That means it will go back to the traditional way and Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly and America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League will air on 7mate.
7flix will be networked

Not sure why 7mate is broadcasting “My Best Friends Wedding” in the southern states tonight.
Clearly not the channel’s demographic.
