Apologies

I can read okay on my mobile with ads.

However, I can get admin person to look into it

Good analysis Aaron. I think it’s also very relevant that the picture quality is extremely poor. It would have to be something I was desperately wanting to see, to watch it on 7flix.

I noticed Criminal Intent has been pulled at 7:30pm Sundays and Mondays on 7flix, the entire series over 10 seasons aired over essentially 2 years, successfully and saw the channel’s share consistently increased. The past couple of months re-started from S1.

I wonder if it’s a rights thing (also bear in mind 7Plus is at play), saving for post festive season later in Jan as not to waste the runs or for survey come Feb? @aarontvcentral

The OG Law & Order (usually 10:30pm) now at 7:30pm, with SVU also reduced to 1 ep (instead of two each night), with former Seven staple Bones re-runs replacing and L&O Trial By Jury again on the respective nights.

Also saw another Judge Judy “next up” promo close to 7pm during news on main channel.

Seriously doubt 7flix will ever increase its ratings much given its crap quality. They really need to improve this, but I don’t understand all the technical logistics and restrictions at play.

To clarify:

The OG episodes will play out at 7.30pm until the final episode of season 7 on Sunday 5 January. Then on Monday 6 January, Criminal Intent repeats return and will continue in that Sunday / Monday 7.30 slot.

7flix won’t be going straight into S8 of the OG series for now.

7Flix started out ok when i first saw it with retro shows like Good Times and Diff’rent Strokes, now its repeats of realities. Bring back classic programming or stay focused on a certain genres or target audience, dont try and please everyone on the one channel, thats why multichannels came to being - example 7Mate was for more for men, whilst 7Two was more for women

Apologies if I’ve been living under a rock but I noticed that Judge Judy has started airing on 7flix recently. I wonder when did Seven pick up the rights to that franchise?

About a month or two back, I actually came across last night’s 7pm ep and it was good TV as always, I reckon suits that timeslot as an alternative to the staples of ABC News, ACA, H&A and Project. I recall ONE HD used to air Judge Judy at 6pm in the mid-2010s? Sundays and Mondays have done particularly well the past 2 years thanks to CI and SVU as well from 7:30. So we’ll see if it makes any in-roads. Hard to know now though with VOZ unless Seven, TVCynic or TVT get some data down the track to share.

From Monday 28 April - 12:30 AM (overnight)

Channel 7 is so up to date.

Seems like an odd dig.

More of a joke than a dig.

One of my favourite shows on Ten back in '09, loved it. I reckon one of Tim Roth’s best works. Great Hollywood producer Brian Grazer was one of the EPs.

Yeah. And I think it’s been said more than once before these shows are often picked up on the cheap as part of packages often now for bvod (in this case 20th C/Disney) and there might still be a broadcast run component, hence the channel and time.

According to TV Central, 2000s Ten mega hit “House” will be coming to 7flix from the 28th of May, airing on Wednesday’s in triple headers.

Gordon Ramsay re-runs are out, has been in the timeslot for a number of years, must’ve done consistently solid, but think the change was needed. Will be interesting if this sees any pick up, 7Plus have been running a number of promos and could be part of the licence as we often see (a stipulated broadcast component).

It also looks like a YouTube series that somehow made it on to TV.

Which it looks like it is…
