How about 7 tempt Tim Bailey to move to their network, and start 7Weather 24/7
With all the changes to Seven News come Monday, could it possibly be a news channel?
7/7HD - flagship
7Two - British-oriented
7mate - male oriented
7News - 247 News channel with content sourced from NBC News/MSNBC
4ME- Lifestyle oriented
RACING.COM - Coverage of all Victorian thoroughbred racing.
4ME is already a lifestyle channel so I highly doubt 76 will be another lifestyle channel.
The channel will need to be competitive with Nineās offering. A news channel wouldnāt attract a diverse enough audience in desirable demographics. ABC News 24 rates around 1% and 9Life is regularly achieving around 3%.
What if the āComing Soonā caption is the channel? What if itās a performance piece and the caption is the main program? In a few months, after a period of build-up and hype, itāll cut to a shopping channel and the whole thing will be revealed as a giant troll.
The new Fresh Ideas TV is Racing.com.
But still I have no idea why Seven would put up a channel and leave it for so long without any hints or promotion of what it might be. But if everyone is playing the guessing game Iāll put my bet on a sports channel.
I doubt after what happened to One (in its original form) that another sports channel will launch on FTA. Besides if Seven wanted to expand their sports output, 7mate would be the logical place for that alongside the NFL & AFL (in NSW & QLD) it already shows
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Arenāt News (Severely) Limited trying to buy out Nine and Seven and get 100% control of Sky News?
How about combining Fresh Ideas TV with Racing.com - 1001 ways to cook a horse.
You would need suicide prevention messages integrated into every single super on a channel like that.
They have been; all 3 Olympics (Summer/Winter/Paralympic), the NFL/Super Bowl, SANFL, VFL, WAFL, the Commonwealth Games, Bathurst 12 Hours, the Shute Shield, the Aust. Swimming Champs, FINA Championships, Pan Pacific Championships and the Fed Cup all started to be shown in 2015 (or will in the future). Seven could also pick up some EPL matches off Optus.
Iād watch 7/Weather 24/7 with Tim Baileyā¦provided that heās forced to do live forecasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Also like the idea of 1001 ways to cook a horse, but that channel wouldāve been a bit more relevant in 2013.
I didnāt realise Big Dan had two accounts
pretty sure he was taking the piss, but even now you are sounding as paranoid as Danny
