Did any other local channel 7 bulletins use the electoral map on a big screen like Mike Amor did in Melbourne?
Adam Hills: The Last Leg
Next Tuesday 8:30pm ABC Entertains
Fast-tracked from the UK, Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker join Frankie Boyle and Desiree Burch plus Anthony Scaramucci for an entertaining look at the US election results and the events of the week.
Fox News clearly had the best presentation. I find all of their election intros and themes to be the best. Even the transition from titles to studio was pretty impressive .
Of course the studio got a makeover ahead of the election which means all of the shows are now back utilising.
If only CNN would revolutionise their election graphics and sets. I find the endless opening sliding space door style very uninspiring and repetitive. Their sets leave a lot to be desired as well.
CNN definitely feels like they are just wheeling out the same look, music, etc, at every election, without really innovating like we have seen in recent years from NBC, etc. Especially with US broadcasters utilising AR in their coverage, while CNN seems to have not invested in it at all with their election coverage, in comparison to NBC, which heavily used AR throughout the coverage.

Tonight on Q+A (9:45 pm start time)
Donald Trump is not a psychopath, according to Jon Ronson. But he’s probably a narcissist.
“The outward manifestation of psychopathy and narcissism is quite similar but it feels like there’s a volcano of emotions going on underneath Trump’s surface,” the British journalist says, author of the bestselling The Psychopath Test who embedded deeply in the world of Trump during his first run for office.
Why would it be a problem if they were biased away from the criminal who wants to destroy the world?
To give an idea on the timing of the event - this is the ABC News Channel coverage schedule:
