20 to One

It might’ve done well back when Bert hosted it, but since then, a quick search on YouTube can find thousands on results on "top 10"s. Doubt it will rate much.

And haven’t they done all those topics before?

Pretty sure they have. Especially amazing commercials".
Didn’t Bert’s 20 to 1 run for quite a few years/seasons? Because if it did, that probably covered all the above ones :stuck_out_tongue:

Of course, the late Charles “Bud” Tingwell presented the 1st series of 20 to One in 2005 with Bert taking over in 2006!

But you’re right, it lasted a number of years. A very frequent timeslot filler on Nine (especially on the lower rating Tuesday nights) during the later part of the last decade!

###20 TO ONE

Returns Tuesday 6 June 6at 7.30pm

20 to One, featuring new hosts Erin Molan and Dave Thornton, returns to the Nine Network with a fresh look and star-studded lineup of international and homegrown stars on Tuesday, June 6, at 7.30pm.

Erin and Dave are fired up for the new season and ready to present the world’s Greatest Comebacks, Superstar Feuds, Mega Crazes, Epic Pranks and Viral Megastars, with guest commentators giving their hilarious and often shocking take on everyone and everything.

It’s an explosive start as Episode One checks out the biggest and best Superstar Commercials, including the most expensive A-list ad of all time. These celebs might have bags of Oscars, Grammys and sporting accolades but watch them earn their biggest pay days by shamelessly flogging perfumes, pastries and even tiny teeny undies.

Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman will battle it out for the top spot with Brad Pitt, Taylor Swift and the cast of The Avengers. And look out for surprise contenders from reality TV royalty, the world’s highest paid comedian, and everyone’s favourite Friend.

Join Sharon Osbourne, Alan Carr, John Stamos, Sophie Monk, Scott Cam, Roxy Jacenko, Gina Liano, Lee Lin Chin, Lauren Jackson, Richard Wilkins, Christopher Pyne and Anthony Albanese as they let fly with their unpredictable opinions. And you can be sure they don’t be holding back.

Hang on tight as Erin Molan and Dave Thornton take you on a white-knuckle ride through the weird and wild world of pop culture.

Has 20 to One been quietly cancelled?

I think it’s returning, according to the 2018 Upfronts.

They have unscreened episodes from this year’s season.

ALL NEW 20 TO ONE

Premieres Wednesday 21 February at 9.00pm

Nine’s Erin Molan and comedian Dave Thornton return to host Australia’s favourite countdown, 20 to One, premiering Wednesday, February 21, at 9.00pm on Nine and 9Now.

Each week a star-studded lineup of international and homegrown celebrities will give their hilarious and often shocking take on everyone and everything as they count down Epic Pranks, Greatest Child Stars, Mega Crazes and The World’s Greatest Aussies.

In the first episode, it’s all about Superstar Feuds. The most bitter celebrity stoushes will be played out as 20 to One counts down the nasty, public and childish battles between the world’s biggest stars.

Hollywood hunks The Rock and Vin Diesel, music legends Madonna and Elton John, and divas Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez will be captured amidst petty, jealous and ill-timed outbursts. There are the wars of words (Trump vs Clinton), the break-ups (Angelina vs Brad), the one-ups (Paris Hilton vs Kim Kardashian), the Aussie brawls (Mack Horton vs Sun Yang) and the “what just happened?” headline fillers (Tom Cruise vs Brooke Shields). There’s also a bit of Kanye West vs Taylor Swift for good measure.

Join Sharon Osbourne, Alan Carr, John Stamos, Sophie Monk, Scott Cam, Roxy Jacenko, Gina Liano, Lee Lin Chin, Lauren Jackson, Richard Wilkins, Christopher Pyne and Anthony Albanese as they let fly with their unpredictable opinions. And you can be sure they won’t be holding back.

Let’s see if that rest of that held-over season will rate this time.

Just axe this already.

There are plenty of good shows on Nine, but this isn’t one of them.

this flopped, and Nine are bringing it back?

Sigh :frowning:

The hosts are the worst part of this show. I also am surprised that it is back.

It is a good filler program though.

Are these episodes from 2017 or brand new in 2018?

The episodes are new with the title of the countdown given for each in the Nine Schedule topic.

It’s the start of the ratings season and we already have filler programs?
