Not only that, but it’s coincidentally timed close to the 30th anniversary of when the pilot episode of Seinfeld (known as The Seinfeld Chronicles) first went to air in the US, which occurred on 5th July 1989, before the series went to air on 31st May 1990.
It’s sort of like a homecoming for the show to return to Ten after more than a decade, who made it famous in Australia back in the 90s, and really symbolised the network of that era.

It’s time to break out the Pez dispensers because one of the most iconic and influential comedy series in television history is about to land on 10 Peach.
Seinfeld , the Emmy Award winning comedy will launch on 10 Peach, weeknights from Monday, 1 July at 7.00pm.
And if that’s not enough of a Festivus miracle, this year marks the 30th anniversary of the beloved comedy’s premiere in the U.S. What better way to celebrate 30 years of nothing than reliving all your favourite episodes from the very beginning?
10 Peach will bring you every single episode from across all nine seasons, which means all you have to do is argue over which one takes out first place.
Is it The Marine Biologist, The Contest, The Puffy Shirt, The Soup Nazi? Yada, Yada, Yada, you get the idea.
So if you think you’re master of your domain, if you find that these pretzels are making you thirsty or your dream is to one day be a latex salesman for Vandalay Industries, then get your friends over, double dip that chip and let 10 Peach satisfy your Seinfeld addiction…not that there’s anything wrong with that.
Yeah who wants to watch Seinfeld on 10 Peach with scenes cut or episodes skipped where certain adult themes are involved which are not suitable for the 7pm timeslot. Rather just watch my HD quality versions on my Plex server on the way to work
If one is in a WIN area, then watching Seinfeld on Stan or DVD/Blu Ray is a more attractive alternative anyway, thanks to the WIN Peach blob on the bottom right hand corner.
Anyone know if they’re airing their old original masters? Or new copies? Should be able to tell if not by the quality, the version of Sony distributor ender.
