There already are guides for you.tv, via Freeview, the above 10Play link and On TV Tonight. But strangely, not @WAtvVideos’ guide XMLEPG, yet anyway. XMLEPG just shows that the guide is “not available” for that channel.

Why do we need more shopping channels? I have seen very, very few people actually watch or buy stuff from them.

Networks need to be profitable to remain on air.

There is a market for the channels, not only do they generate sales for the advertisers (otherwise they wouldn’t be airing), but they also provide inoffensive background content.
