What a weird brand name… First thing I did last night was look up the URL only to find it was non-existent.
Perhaps I’ll buy You.tv and redirect it to TVSN?

It will probably become a porn site and benefit from the free publicity.
.tv domains are expensive.
One estimate:
Then don’t call it you.tv?
Could have been youTV, YouTV or youtv.
I wonder how long this channel will last?
Someone in china owns the domain:
I do too, they should consolidate gecko and you.tv unless they will look to diversify content (flogging the same airfryer on both at the same time). I note You.TV is trying to go back to the host based format with ex TVSN presenter Nikki Vincent and another lady that i’ve seen yell-selling on daytime tv. It doesn’t have the same appeal as TVSN if not live or tighter with content - a little hard to watch when they look like they didn’t practice their key message or fumble with a product. I do like the introduction of UK shopping channel Gemporia to Australian screens at night (although they do sell low value / tacky products during certain shows like candles and supplements). The Fine Art Auctions started a few years ago and presentations are somewhat watchable, but i’m not sure how many buyers there are- doesn’t seem appealing. It could work and give TVSN a run for its money if they can plug into QVC live or get more polished presentations with interesting semi known brands. Paramount (10 parent company) are looking to cut costs and bring in new revenue, so this could evolve to something else. At the least they need a website base for this channel otherwise it looks dodgy.
https://youtv.com.au/ found it
Doesn’t appear to be owned by 10, and they haven’t bothered to put anything out about it. Also not yet streaming on 10 play either, contrary to the information on Freeview.
Also appears all advertorials are filmed at Eden Studios in Sydney:
According to the channel’s Facebook page, they started filming the infomercials on June 14 and revealed two days later that it would launch on Network 10 on July 1.
Very dark
So the all important Gems TV has shifted over to You TV with weird watermark placement
I didn’t realise this - but this is seemingly a live thing from the UK, though unlike the Gecko airings there’s not a ‘live’ watermark. So you get the hosts calling out pricing in Pounds, with the on screen text having the AUD conversions.
$9.95 a day shipping seems expensive…
(I can’t tell if I’m checking out this channel ironically or not, but I can assure everyone I’m not spending a cent…)
$9.95 a day for as much as you can buy by midnight cut off is cheap, given it’s coming via international mail. TVSN charge $9.95 per item. Even if they sell something worth $2. I have purchased a few things from Gems TV. Everything is legit and cheaper than Australia (emerald ring for $60 is mad, i buy loose gems to set and couldn’t buy and set a nice, natural emerald for $60 myself). South sea pearls for $100 in silver, can’t get that in Aus because of Chinese demand. Only had a problem today with the FedEx partner courier in Australia, DAI Post, who are illiterate and incompetent at delivering to the correct address. As long as you know what you are looking for, and check the fine-print on the gem treatment, you can get good deals. Or wait until it comes up on sale on their website, which appears to be weekly.
You can definitely get a sh*t buy.
probably as long as ‘Your Money’ lasted on the NINE network or less, who knows
I don’t see the point of all these shopping channels, they’re just space fillers.
Overall they are reliable revenue generators for the networks, with minimal to no outlay required to get the content onto the screens.
