Aside from the butchering of ‘pursuit’ in the second clip, it’s about par in terms of what quality these simple news updates get - there’s much better presenters and there are worse.
The main issue is just the length of the update, which doesn’t give enough time to have any real detail - in the first clip each line sounded like it should have been the first of a multiple sentence story, which meant the delivery means you take a moment to realise that the topic has changed - such as where the “people in northern New South Wales” line starting the second sentence could easily gone on to say “should be on the lookout for a man in their 40s wearing blue”, but goes off to talk about vaccination - not helped by the Police graphic staying on the OTS for half that time.
Surely WIN aren’t selling enough ad time that they can’t spare a full minute on these updates, it’s bad enough that nearly a quarter of the runtime is taken up by the intro and promising more news. As a minimum I’d cut the intro down to a sting and instead end with a “Fine and 27 in city name tomorrow”, alternating in each update which city gets a forecast.
I think these are otherwise perfectly cromulent for the resources being provided for them.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course, however a little tact would help convey your view without being downright disrespectful.
I just watched both videos a couple of times each and she was fine, in my opinion.
