That wasn’t a coverup, just their usual watermark. The coverups didn’t appear till I think the early 2010s.

As discussed in the ESPN thread, Fox Sports 507 was used as an overflow channel for ESPN’s NBL coverage this afternoon due to the network having UFC + NBA commitments. As such, two different channel’s watermarks were simultaneously shown during the United v Phoenix game:

Following the program interrupt in the midday movie on 7 Sydney (NSW Press conference), there seemed to be an issue on NPC’s end with the watermark. It continued onto the first item in the following ad break.
I would say the issue meant that the watermark was also incorrectly placed on the clean feed
