CBS has scheduled its new talent show The World’s Best for after the Super Bowl on 3 Feb.
NBCUniversal will launch its own streaming service in the US and Europe in early 2020.
Bob Costas and Seven’s Bruce McAvaney are very similar: they both have very long careers and have covered virtually every major sport for their respective networks.

Mike Tirico has already taken over some of Bob Costas’ roles including Olympic hosting in recent years, so viewers probably won’t notice much difference.
Amazing career for Bob. Hope he enjoys partial retirement.

NBC has axed true crime spoof Trial & Error after two seasons.
Watching the Championship game this morning and Fox are heavily promoting ‘The Passage’ and ‘Rent’… but more than anything else… ‘The Masked Singer’ promos are getting thrashed.
Suits renewed for 10th season.
Suits creator Aaron Korsh is still hoping Meghan Markle (Duchess of Sussex) will return for the final season of the drama.
That, uhh, seems highly unlikely.

Yep. Next season will be its 15th and next week it airs it’s 300th episode.
Showtime has renewed Shameless for a 10th season.
Good news for Nine here, with NBC renewing New Amsterdam for a second season.

Sounds like the Beverly Hills 90210 reboot will actually be a mockumentary style show where the actors play themselves trying to get a reboot made. 
ABC has renewed Modern Family for an 11th season, which will also be the show’s last.
ABC has also renewed The Good Doctor, A Million Little Things and the US versions of Shark Tank and Bachelor in Paradise for new seasons.
Thank god. Modern Family needed to end several seasons ago.
Interesting they haven’t made a decision on The Rookie, their Nathan Fillion star vehicle that is doing nowhere near as good as Castle did.

I thought the current season was meant to be Modern Family’s last.
