I think I’m the only Gold Logie winner that’s had to wait 5 years to get on the cover of TV Week. Normally you get the cover on the night you win. 🤔 pic.twitter.com/fwQelr4xdu

He has a good point. TV Week had been obsessed with Home and Away the last few years that nobody else seemed to get a look in.
Not even the 2019 Logies Special Edition featured him properly. He was shoved in the corner - as a small photo. Am surprised it’s taken them this long for him to appear properly.
Must not be a lot of love at TV Week for Tom Gleeson.
They were probably upset that he took the piss out of the awards and campaigned to win the Gold Logie as a joke but then won.
I think even when Rove won it back in the 2000s he was only relegated to a small picture at the bottom corner of the cover. The days when the Gold Logie winner would dominate the next front cover of TV Week ended probably with Georgie Parker… 20 years ago
EDIT: Was it Karl Stefanovic in 2011? This was “his” Logies front cover
Dr Chris Brown “I Have No Regrets” on the cover this week.
Dream Home and Away.
Well he’s hardly going to say “I am so regretting my life choices right now”
Maybe they should ask him again after the ratings come out.
Colin From Accounts on the cover this week.
please, not another Saturday Night Rove.
They recycled a Home and Away headline.
Good to see Adam Hills on the cover
“Why i had to…”
a click-bait device as old as time
To be fair, TV Week has had a few good stars on the cover lately.
But shamefully, the “why i had to quit…” slogan has crept in.
Inside the issue, they have a great photo od Adam Hills with Alan Brough and Myf Warhurst. That should have been the cover shot without the click bait headline.
They are promoting an interview with Sally Phillips next week. Seeing how well Austin did in the ratings last night, I hope they do a cover photo with the three main actors: Sally Phillips. Ben Miller and Michael Theo.
