Pearl Jam — Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In A Small Town (1993)
INXS — Dancing On The Jetty (1984)
I wish the regionals had the metro countdown. I had a listen to the regionals this morning and it is very jarring.
I was hoping it wasn’t starting until Friday so I have more of a chance to listen to it! Curses…
Yep, I was lucky enough to hear that full hour! Roll With It was my personal highlight, really like that song. They followed it up with some good stuff in the following hour as well:
Refreshments - Banditos
Senses Working Overtime - XTC
Better Get A Lawyer - Cruel Sea (directly after Senses Working Overtime!)
Roo & Dits off this morning on Triple M Adelaide with Jars & Bernie filling in today.
as it’s non ratings period I think it’s coming out of Brisbane based on the announcers
When I was listening Minty from 4TO FM Townsville was on.
Replay almost all of the tracks via Youtube
Not quite the same for me!
Me either, but for the tracks I’d like to hear, it’s a stop gap.
How does Triple M take callers for a pre recorded show like the rush hour with Brayshaw and Brownless?
Clairsy Matt and Kymba back from Holidays on Monday morning but now 7am to 10am at least although they did do up till 11am Monday to reveal the final Top Ten Quarantine 1000 songs which i missed as i was at work
There seems to be a new voice on mix94.5 between 10am and 12pm (not sure if a new annoucer or producer) its a female and then Tim Lordan 12 till 4pm.
Clairsy Matt and Kymba back at 4pm to 5pm for “The Happy Hour” playing some music which makes you happy followed by Kennedy Molloy from 5pm.
Have also noticed mix have bought some of the songs they used to play back into the library recentley!
Ouch.
Brig Duclos and Lehmo along with Sarah Maree Cameron are filling in for The Hot Breakfast this week.
“Working through the survey break”
Well I suppose that means nothing now there is no other survey this year.
To be fair they did work through the survey break. It’s over now.
All metro and larger regional breakfasts are taking the enforced 2 week break now apparently.
Are survey holiday breaks really mandatory? I hope that doesn’t sound like a ‘stupid’ question but it seems like from your post that talent have to take a break at certain times of the year
Survey breaks are not (though probably written into contracts etc.) SCA is forcing its employees to take accrued leave over the next 5 months
