It’s a starting point at least and the demos alone are worth exploring where it can go, the social chatter and commentary on the KIIS breakfast show and networked channels are also fairly lucrative to the promotion of this show.
Just look at Gogglebox and HYPBA? which didn’t start out all that strong either and look at them now, both very successful in their own right and doing great numbers (and increasing) the longer they are around.
I watched it and didn’t mind some of it, there’s definitely some work they can do to improve the casting so it doesn’t come across so rehearsed or fake in some aspects.
Alcohol, drugs and an unhealthy diet will do that to you. Kyle has admitted that he had a drug addiction when he hosted Big Brother in 2008. And I can’t see the show growing in total people, this is not a show that would appeal to a broad range of people.
