I honestly don’t understand why people are complaining about the delay of the Javelin.
When they went to show the 1500m race, they even told the viewers that if they wanted to watch the Javelin live go to the 7+ app.
When multiple events are going at the same time tv channels have to choose and it’s better to show a race live than other events where they can cut the dead air time and just shows the throws until they are back live.
Because at other times when they were showing other shit the javelins was taking place . I’m not talking about other athletics events. I’m talking about other delayed shit and replays and nonsense talking.
And yes we can watch on the app but the app is also delayed slightly given its over the internet.
And my view is the coverage has been woeful for the whole games and there’s no reconciling that and there’s no argument that washes that seven have been terrible.
As for not signing Bogut for more than 5 games. If the boomers made the gold medal game would they also not extended the contract for the ultimate game in the tournament. Again more stupidity.
Does anyone know what the Para olympics coverage will be like? Will they still have daily coverage with the live streaming? What are they planning on doing?
This is from a few weeks ago and posted earlier in the thread but they will have live streams on 7+
Exactly 16 days after the Olympic Flame is extinguished in Tokyo, a new one will be lit, signalling the start of the Paralympic Games. Johanna Griggs, Paralympic gold medallist Annabelle Williams and Paralympics legend Kurt Fearnley will anchor Seven’s unprecedented coverage across Seven and 7plus featuring up to 16 live streams. Full broadcast details will be confirmed in coming weeks.
